Well, my opinion matters because I'm not a complete moron. Only half of one. And I'm here. Plus, despite how much of a wanker I may sound like, I actually know a thing or two about getting a good story done. Further more, Juno and company loves me.

As to the who. Take a look at the alt list and figure it out.

Question -

Is this going to be a wholly new world, complete with radically different geography, religion, govermental systems, history, and so on?

If not, is it based from a pre-existing world, whether real or fictional? If so, where/what time period should this all take place in? From the looks of things, it's shaping up to be a kind of dystopian-steampunk type of environment, which could be VERY cool if used tastefully.

It's earth, as it could have been. It's as developed as we are RIGHT NOW, no further. Religions are up for grabs, there's no set government for any region- it differs by the city. Geography is the same.
